L’Assioma literally means axiom and is Dezzani’s own axiom for innovation. Ruby red in colour this wine is created from albarossa grapes from the cross pollination of Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes.
Enticing notes of black cherry, wild berries, with a light elegant fruity perfume. An excellent rounded, well-bodied red wine with a wide structure. Long and pleasant on the palate.
